Not enough time for the things that matter most?

Break free from the overwhelm of business ownership and do more of the work you love.

Learn How

You started your business for a reason.

There’s passion and there’s the “business” of business. Both are required to build the enterprise of your dreams and fulfill your purpose. Your gift, expertise, and skills are what draw customers to you and set you apart from everyone else. But it’s your business operations that make it possible for you to freely focus on what you do best.

Think about it. When it comes to what you do – whether coaching, teaching, speaking, or creating – it probably flows quite naturally for you. It’s what you love. It’s your gift. Your talent. Your calling, even. You really don’t have to think or work too hard when it comes to your God-given abilities. In fact, it’s why you started your business in the first place.

Then there’s all the other stuff.

Chances are, these are not your favorite things to do.

But they are absolutely necessary. Because every successful business is built on a solid operational foundation.

Managing it all can be a challenge.

As a small business owner or solo entrepreneur, your time and energy are in such high demand that you barely have time to slow down, let alone focus on the daily details of your business. And let’s be honest – you really don’t want to, either. If you’re like most of my clients, you just want to show up and do you.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have to choose between your expertise and everything else?

What if your business ran so smoothly that the details pretty much took care of themselves? What if you had time to execute all those ideas you’ve jotted down and actually work on growing your company? What if you could be the entrepreneur you want to be without compromising the other roles and goals in your life?

Entrepreneurship should give you that freedom.

What has been the secret to my success?  Working with Robin Smoot.  Mrs. Smoot invested quality time getting to know me as a person and as a professional. Her guidance not only allowed me to see from my own perspective but that of potential clients as well. That was one of her most powerful strategies – seeing the big picture and its long-lasting effects.  Thank you!

I found myself overburdened with tasks that I did not enjoy or lacked the skill to accurately complete in a timely manner. After just a few weeks of working with Robin, I experienced a sense of relief in that my overall operations were now intact and I was able to focus and conduct daily tasks confidently and more efficiently.
