Hi, I’m Robin Smoot.
I empower faith-driven entrepreneurs to experience daily victory in business and life.
Being called to business doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy. Especially for solo entrepreneurs and small business owners who bear the responsibility of success on their shoulders. Between serving customers, managing daily operations, and balancing life beyond business, the demands on your time and mind can be overwhelming.
Trust me, I know.
As much as we try to wear multiple hats and play several roles, the truth is, we’re only one person. Faith, family, business, and personal goals are all part of who we are. Trying to operate in these various roles in a compartmentalized fashion only leads to overwhelm, frustration, and feeling like we just can’t win.
True success comes from accepting your humanity (no, we’re not superheroes) and aligning faith, self, others, and business so there’s no compromise and no overwhelm. I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve this alignment.
Operate Without Overwhelm.
Over the course of my 20-year career, I’ve worked with enough executives and entrepreneurs to know that business operations make all the difference in how effectively you do your work. Think about it: operations includes everything that goes into producing and delivering your services. It’s the people, technology, and processes that make it possible for you to do what you do every day.
And that’s the quandary. What you do – whether coaching, consulting, speaking, creating – isn’t operations. Yet, operations is what determines how well you do what you do.
As your BizLife™ Coach, my goal is to bring order and efficiency to your operations so that you are in the best possible position to excel in the work you’ve been called to do. You can’t achieve alignment until your ops are in order.
Victory Requires Strategy.
Whether you’ve been in business for years or you’re just getting started, you need a plan for reaching your next goals. And there’s no better time than now to reflect and reposition yourself to achieve those goals in 2020 and beyond. So ask yourself:
What ONE area of my business needs the most attention right now?
What problem could I solve that would help me expand my reach?
What opportunity is in front of me but I’m not sure how to take it?
What specific action can I take to stay relevant and resourceful during this pandemic?
Find that one point of tension and let’s work on it together. Book a one-hour online strategy session with me and walk away with clear, actionable guidance.
It’s Your Time to Win
I’m an entrepreneur, ministry leader, corporate Vice President, wife, mom of three teenagers, and a woman in pursuit of several life goals. I know that doing business – scratch that, doing the work you know God is calling you to do – isn’t easy. In fact, doing it for God makes you more of a target! That’s why you need a coach who gets it and who can journey with you.
Are you ready to begin?
