I empower Christian women with the strategy, systems, and support they need to boldly pursue and flourish in their God-given business assignments.
Entrepreneurship has always been a part of my life and career.
Nope, I didn’t have any business owners in my family or circle of friends, but I had this knack for finding ways to make money. Like in elementary school when I bought penny candy and then sold it in the hallways at school. Or in high school when I made custom-ordered friendship bracelets at a profit. Or even in college where cutting and braiding hair paid for my books and living expenses (sorry to all the guys I butchered out there!)
I was pretty good at using my skillsets to make money, but it felt even better when I started helping OTHER people do the same. Friends, family, and people I didn’t even know began to seek me out for help with their entrepreneurial ventures. That’s when my first real business was born: a consulting company providing marketing, financial, and administrative services for people and organizations. I was very blessed to own and operate this business for 10 years and earn multi-six figures, all while earning my MBA and raising three kids!

Over the years,
I’ve helped men and women launch new businesses and ministries, write books, produce albums, elevate their marketing, automate their systems, develop new services, create courses and content, increase their profits, grow their teams, streamline their operations, and – most importantly of all – find peace of mind in this crazy world of entrepreneurship.
Fast forward a couple years and a southern migration (goodbye snow, hello beach!) and I felt God calling me to do more. That His people were floundering in business – trying to do all the things, all alone – but that I could help them flourish. Instead of just doing things for people, I could do it with them, empowering them to achieve their own successes. His message was so loud and clear that I wrote my first book, Boxed Out, to encourage Christians in their entrepreneurial pursuits.
After a detour
into the corporate world as a VP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (while coaching and consulting on the side), I knew it was time to return to my first love and be a full-time entrepreneur. Making this transition in the middle of a global pandemic was a little scary (crazy to some), but I took the leap of faith.
Now, as a certified business coach, I am committed to sharing all that I’ve gleaned from my 30-year career so others can benefit from my triumphs and trials. I’ve learned that successful businesses – no matter the size or industry – have seven key things in common, so I created a framework around these pillars to help passionate, driven entrepreneurs like you start, grow, and flourish in business.
